Construction Safety Administration (CSA)
This one-day course is designed to provide participants with information about effectively managing and monitoring a construction Health & Safety management system. This course summarizes and pulls together material from several other courses in the NCSO (National Construction Safety Officer) and HSA (Health & Safety Administrator) programs. The course exam allows students to demonstrate their broad understanding of the various health and safety topics covered by these programs. Click here for a calendar of available classes.

This course has a written exam component. Participants must achieve a minimum score of 80% for course certification.
This course is also available in an online e-learning format.
Principles of Health & Safety Management (PHSM), Auditor Training (ATP), Leadership for Safety Excellence (LSE), WHMIS Train-the-Trainer, Alberta OH&S Legislation Awareness, Worksite Investigation Basics, Basic Instructional Techniques, and Communication and Ethics for the Safety Leader must be completed before taking this course. Using the student entrance please check the board/TV screen and report to your assigned classroom. Check-in starts at 7:30 am. The course begins at 8:00 am.
