Alberta Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) Legislation Awareness
This is a one-day course designed to give participants a solid understanding of the basic structure of Alberta’s Occupational Health and Safety legislation. Participants will learn to successfully locate information in the OHS Handbook by completing individual exercises and participating in group work. Each participant will receive an OHS Handbook as part of the course materials.

*This course is highly recommended as the first course in the NCSO/HSA program.
This course has a written exam component. Participants must achieve a minimum score of 70% on the written test for course certification. An OHS handbook is permitted during the examination.
To request a refund or transfer, notification must be received two (2) business days prior to scheduled course date or payment will be forfeited.
Using the student entrance please check the board/TV screen and report to your assigned classroom. Check-in starts at 7:30 am. The course begins at 8:00 am.
Government-issued photo ID is required for course attendance.
